　　在道路涂料生產(chǎn)過程中，將玻璃珠按照18-25%的重量比例（參照中國(guó)交通行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JT/T280-2004，不同國(guó)家和地區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有所不同）混入涂料中，在涂料交付施工使用后，能夠經(jīng)歷多次與車輪磨擦磨損也有反光性。按照中國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T24722-2009，此種玻璃珠的技術(shù)參數(shù)如下：

　　Intermix glass beads

The ratio is referring to the standard of Communication Industry Standard of People's Republic of China No.JT/T280-2004. Standards will be different in countries and areas.

　　According to the specification of Communication Industry Standard of People's Republic of China No.JT/T446-2001, the granulometry is shown as table below.

　　玻璃珠折射率：≥1.50  Reflective index: ≥1.50要求玻璃珠整體外觀為無(wú)色，松散球狀顆粒，清潔無(wú)雜質(zhì)，不含有經(jīng)輕度沖擊仍不崩散的結(jié)塊物。

　　在涂料的施工的過程中，將熱熔型涂料加熱到一定溫度鋪在路面上未干時(shí)，隨即撒入玻璃珠，增強(qiáng)標(biāo)線的反光性能。
